As part of our continuous expansion plan, we incorporated InstiCo Express LLC in 2014. In addition to converting our dedicated brokerage business, we are positioning InstiCo Express to have a strong presence in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Georgia and Indiana. Further, we expect to develop a strong cartage presence in the DFW area.

Currently, we have one terminal in Dallas. As we grow the fleet and business base, we are targeting Memphis, Little Rock and El Paso as future InstiCo terminals. Our fleet has the capacity to haul freight of all kinds and will support our brokerage, dedicated freight, and new business.
